1. Who we are

This online store (“MissBelleza”) belongs to MissBelleza, with address at Plaça Espanya, 2, 46970 Alaquàs (Valencia), Spain. Contact email: missbellezastore@gmail.com.

2. Scope of these terms

These terms govern the use of the store and the purchases you make in it. By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age and accept them. The version published at the time of your order applies. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.

3. Products

We sell cosmetic accessories for external use, such as the V-line facial strap. They are not medical devices and do not replace any medical treatment; the contouring sensation and results may vary from person to person. Always follow the instructions for use and stop using the product if you feel discomfort or irritation. Images and the 3D model on the website are for guidance; the actual colour may vary slightly depending on your screen.

4. Prices and discounts

  • Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order.
  • Pack discounts are applied automatically in your bag according to the number of units and do not stack; if your order meets several conditions, the most favourable one applies.
  • If, due to an obvious error, a product is shown at a clearly incorrect price, we’ll let you know and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.

5. How to order

Choose the product, colour and pack, add it to your bag and complete payment. The contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email. We keep an electronic copy of the order, which you can request at any time. The checkout is available in English and Spanish.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

7. Shipping

  • We only ship to European Union countries.
  • Shipping: free on orders of €18 or more to Spain and the whole EU; under €18: Spain €6.99, rest of the EU €8.99.
  • Estimated delivery: 7 to 14 days from order confirmation, with a tracking number by email. If delivery takes more than 30 days, you can cancel the order and we’ll refund you in full.
  • Please check your shipping address; if a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge for re-shipping.

8. Returns and guarantee

You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase and all products have the 3-year legal guarantee. Conditions, hygiene exceptions and the withdrawal form are in our Returns and refunds policy.

9. Liability

We are liable for our products in accordance with the law. We are not responsible for damage caused by using the product other than as indicated, or for website interruptions beyond our control. Nothing here limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

10. Intellectual property

The texts, designs, logos and 3D model on this website belong to MissBelleza or its licensors. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Personal data

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy policy and our Cookie policy.

12. Customer service and complaints

If you have any problem, email us at missbellezastore@gmail.com; we’ll reply as soon as possible and within one month at the latest. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the consumer services of your region or country.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer, you may bring any claim before the courts of your place of residence and you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the EU country where you live.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. New versions will be published on this page and will only apply to orders placed after their publication.
