Refund policy

At MissBelleza we want you to shop with peace of mind. This policy applies to purchases made by consumers in our online store and does not limit your statutory rights.

1. Right of withdrawal: 14 days

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it without giving a reason. If the order arrives in several shipments, the period starts from the last one.

2. Hygiene and facial care products

For health protection and hygiene reasons, the facial strap can only be returned if it is unused and in its original sealed packaging. If the seal has been opened after delivery, the right of withdrawal does not apply (Art. 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Art. 103(e) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). This does not affect your right to return a faulty product or one that doesn’t match your order (section 5).

3. How to return an item

  1. Email us at missbellezastore@gmail.com within the 14 days with your order number and the products you want to return. You can also use the withdrawal form at the end of this page.
  2. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.
  3. Send the product within 14 days of notifying us, well protected and in its original packaging.

4. Refund

  • We’ll refund the product price and the standard shipping costs you paid within 14 days of receiving your notification.
  • We may wait until we receive the product (or proof that you’ve sent it) before refunding.
  • The refund is made using the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
  • If you return only part of a discounted pack, you’ll be refunded what you actually paid for the returned units.

5. Faulty or wrong items: legal guarantee

If your product arrives damaged, faulty or isn’t what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll replace it or refund you at no cost to you. All our products have the 3-year legal guarantee from delivery.

6. Exchanges

If you want a different colour, return the item as explained above and place a new order for the colour you prefer.
