What size do I need?
It’s one size. The velcro closure adjusts to most head sizes, for women and men.
Can I sleep in it?
Yes, it’s designed to be worn while you rest. Adjust it firm but comfortable; if you feel pressure or discomfort, loosen it or take it off.
How long should I wear it each day?
Start with 20–30 minutes a day and increase if it feels comfortable. Many people wear it while they sleep.
What results can I expect?
It’s a cosmetic accessory, not a medical device. The contouring sensation and results vary from person to person and depend on your habits.
Which colours are available?
Pink and black.
How do I wash it?
By hand, with lukewarm water and mild soap, with the velcro closed. Let it air dry — no tumble dryer.
Is there anyone who shouldn’t use it?
Don’t use it on irritated or broken skin. If you have any jaw or temporomandibular joint condition, check with your doctor first.

Where do you ship?
To all European Union countries.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping on orders of €18 or more (for example, the 2-pack), to Spain and the whole EU. Orders under €18: Spain €6.99, rest of the EU €8.99.
When will I receive my order?
Within 7 to 14 days from confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number by email.
How do the packs work?
The discount is applied automatically in your bag: 15% off when you buy 2 units, 20% off when you buy 3 and, in the pack of 6, you pay for 5 at 20% off and the sixth is free.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The ones shown at checkout, all processed securely by Shopify.
Returns
Can I return it?
Yes, you have 14 days from delivery. For hygiene reasons, it must be unused and in its original sealed packaging. More details in our returns policy.
What if it arrives faulty?
Send us a photo and your order number: we’ll replace it or refund you at no cost.
