Shipping policy

1. Where we ship

We ship to all European Union countries. We don’t currently ship outside the EU.

2. Shipping costs

  • Free shipping on orders of €18 or more, to Spain and the rest of the European Union.
  • Orders under €18: Spain €6.99 · rest of the EU €8.99.

You’ll see the exact cost before paying. All prices include VAT and, as we ship within the EU, there are no customs or extra charges on delivery.

3. Delivery times

  • Processing: 1–2 business days from order confirmation.
  • Delivery: 7 to 14 days in total from confirmation.

Times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods, holidays or carrier incidents. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of purchase, you can cancel it and we’ll refund you in full.

Where your order ships from: we work with partner warehouses, so your parcel may arrive from an international or European warehouse and the shipping label may show the carrier’s name instead of MissBelleza. Your order is still handled and supported by us: if you have any questions, just write to us.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take a few days to update at first.

5. Multiple parcels

If you buy a pack, units may arrive in separate parcels on different days. We won’t charge extra shipping for this.

6. Delivery address

Please check your address carefully before paying. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible at missbellezastore@gmail.com; if the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll correct it. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or because it isn’t collected, we may charge for re-shipping.

7. Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven’t received it, email us within 7 days with your order number (and photos if damaged). We’ll check with the carrier and send you a new product or refund you. Until the order is delivered to you, the risk is ours.
